You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active jilf account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jilf employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and any balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilf username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jilf will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jilf support immediately.
jilf is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

You are solely responsible for all deposits made to your jilf account. jilf does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals may only be requested by players whose accounts have been fully verified through jilf's KYC process. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to the completion of identity verification will be held pending until verification is complete.
jilf aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. jilf reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method and account verification level. Players are advised to review current withdrawal limits within their jilf account settings. jilf reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Real-money funds deposited by the player are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC verification.
jilf may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the individual promotion terms. jilf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players as promptly as reasonably practicable.
All games offered on jilf that rely on random outcomes use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained dealers operating from licensed studios. jilf does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, jilf reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. jilf's decision in such matters is final. jilf is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the player's side. jilf does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilf reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilf platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jilf has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jilf's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilf account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilf is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party service providers, including payment processors, game providers, and telecommunications providers. Any disputes with third-party providers must be resolved directly with those providers.
jilf collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by jilf's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By registering on jilf, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. jilf reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilf will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the jilf platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting jilf support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The operations of jilf are subject to the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jilf platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jilf support. jilf will endeavor to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
If you believe that jilf has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR through its official channels. jilf cooperates fully with all regulatory inquiries and investigations.
