No. jilf strictly enforces a one account per player policy. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is a violation of jilf's Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset function or contact [email protected].

The minimum deposit on jilf is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers, the minimum is ₱500 due to processing fees charged by banks. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though players who have set a deposit limit through the responsible gaming tools will be subject to their chosen cap.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your jilf account instantly in most cases. Bank transfers typically take 15 minutes to 2 hours during banking hours, though transfers made on weekends or public holidays may take longer. Withdrawals & Cashing Out

Log in to your jilf account and go to My Account > Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request. Make sure your account is fully verified (KYC complete) before submitting a withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process cashouts.

Common reasons for a rejected withdrawal include:
